12″ 5 Fullers Guard Handle Traditional Khukuri

This is 12″ 5 fullers full tang Kukri is one of the latest product of khukuri&craft . The “fuller” minimize the unnecessary weight of the blade and demonstrate of pure skill and expertise that makes kukri not only beautiful home decor but also a best working tools by equally distributing the impact/pressure felt by the edge when slammed against a object, timber, fire wood, cleaning bushes and chopping bones etc. The notch (kaura or kaudi) in the blade near the hilt of most khukuri serves as conduit for the blood on the blade to drip out as well as a device for catching and neutralizing and enemy blade. The handle is made of Rosewood and water buffalo bone. It has full flat tang blade which means that the metal of the blade fully goes through the handle to the end for maximum strength and Rosewood are glued to the handle part and further riveted with white metal to strengthen the whole fixture. The blade is made from highly graded carbon steel. A metal hand guard is attached just above the handle at the bottom of the blade of the kukri which is known as Kabjawal for the safety of the user. Two Rosewood pieces joint (Attached) strongly to the metal part of handle with t metal rivets and adjust lanyard hole on handle. The sheath is artistic ganjawal design made from refined mountain yak leather.
