This is 10.5″ Chainpure Carving Khukuri. This Chainpure khukuri (kukri) comes from the village called Chainpur which lies in the eastern part of Nepal. This khukuri (kukri) is slightly different from other khukuri (kukri) because of its close notch and different shaped handle. The scabbard is made of Indian Rosewood with carved design by craftsmanship of the people of Chainpur. It has beautifully carved plain Indian rose wood scabbard which is embellished with brass binding.which makes khukuris stand apart from other knives. It is the improvised version of Chainpure Wooden khukuri (kukri).
