This is one of the special(Traditional Historic) product of Ex-Gurkha Khukuri House(EGKH.).The blade of this khukuri is same as Bhojpure Khukuri/kukri.The scabbard is made from refined buffalo lather with beautiful design on it.This is 16 inch black sineing blade for real working.This is such a good blade to chopping wood ,meet,sacrifying goat’s etc.This is traditional khukuri of nepal,All nepalese people keep this blade at home like pride wealth.The Blade made from reinforced steel used (Highly Graded Carbon Steel),handle is made from Rosewood and sheath is made from a high quality pattern leather of water buffalo hind.All Khukuris have two pockets on the back of the scabbard which hold a blunt steel called “chakmak” for sharpening the blade or for striking spark from flint and a little knife known as “karda” used for skinning small animals such as rabbits.The notch (kaura or kaudi) in the blade near the hilt of most khukuris serves as conduit for the blood on the blade to drip out, thus preventing it from soiling the hilt, as well as a device for catching and neutralizing and enemy blade.This khukuri was made by highly skilled craftsmen of Eastern part of Nepal.This khukuri is very beautiful and this is real working blade’s of nepalese farmer.
