20 Inch Panawal Angkhola Kukri
This is 20 inch blade panawal angkhola khukuri/kukri. Though this khukuri blade is very alike to Angkhola khukuri, handle is not similar than angkhola khukuri. The shape and size of the blade is similar to Angkhola khukuri. It is made in Angkhola village (eastern Nepal). This khukuri, however, has a unique handle, this kukri have full tang blade untill end of the handle. The blade is therefore visible all around the handle. The handle has been joined strongly to the blade which we can also be seen at the sidesSacrificial series of kukris are huge khukuri which is used in religious sacrificial ceremonies in Nepal. Mostly this would be used in late September/early October during the largest festival in Nepal called “Dashain”. As we all know that the Festival is celebtrated all over world. To celebtrate it, every country has their own way be it big or small. In Nepal also it is celebtrated in its own way. The biggest festival here is called Dhasain, or win of God over evil.
