This is very common agricultural and household implement in Nepal. The blade is make by the process of countinue folding and beating so the blade is very strong. 8″ blade is made of higly graded carbon steel with balance water temper on the edage so its very strong. 5″full tang handle is made of very strong wood “SAHDAN”. The handle has got blocker near the kajo so hand never sleep on the blade. scabbard is made of water buffalo leather. Two small knife(“karda” and” chakmak”) are free with this knife. “karda” sharp one is for small type of work and “chakmak” blunt one is to make the blade sharp. This blade can be used to chop wood, clearing bushes, cuting meat and other type of domestic work. This knife can be the best tool during campanig. Unpolished blade is best for the jungle use.
